We paired up once again with our friend and talented Chef Jake Williams for a Belgian inspired experience. Featuring some of the greatest hits in both food and beverage from one of our favorite culinary regions in the world.

There will be two seatings on January 20, 2023.

5:00 PM and 8:00 PM

Stoovlaver – slow beer braised beef stew and pickles.
Paired with Wee Bobby Scottish Ale.

Second
Chicken waterzooi – creamy soup with roasted chicken, leeks, celery, potatoes and fresh herbs.
Paired with Gumsticker dry Hopped Saison.

Third
Belgian endive salad with with blue cheese, toasted walnuts, chives and apples.
Paired with Local Hell Helles Lager.

Fourth
Moules frites – garlic beer steamed mussels and french fries served with house made mayonnaise.
Paired with Abbey style Blonde.

Dessert
Belgian style waffles with paw paw custard ice cream.
Paired with Barrel fermented Quad.
