Four variations of our beloved Chooch saison. Two exclusive bottles being served only at this event.

Dupont Chooch – Saison brewed with wheat. Hopped with Loral. Fermented with the famed Dupont strain. Refermented naturally in the bottle. Only available exclusively at this event. No draft or bottles available.

Belle Chooch – Saison brewed with wheat. Hopped with Loral. Fermented with classic saison yeast. Refermented naturally in the bottle. Only available exclusively at this event. No draft or bottles available.

Super Chooch – A super saison version of Chooch brewed with oats. Hopped with Loral and Amarillo. Fermented with French saison yeast.

Barrel Fermented Chooch – Brewed with Loral. Fermented in spent French oak wine barrels. Refermented naturally in the bottle and keg. 500ml bottles available to go.

Each 5oz pour of beer will be paired with a special cheese from Mongers Provisions.

550ml bottles of Barrel Fermented Chooch are available to purchase below for those attending the event. Limit 2 bottles per person. Bottle pick up will take place at the event.
