We’ve paired up with our good friends at Deutschtroit to bring the flavors of regional Germany directly to you, working with real (German) ingredients to create rich classic and contemporary flavors with the most authentic taste possible.

There will be two seatings on Saturday, July 22, 2023.

Hors d’oeuvre
Fischbrötchen / Fish Slider (Baltic Sea) – Lemon pepper grilled flounder, lettuce, onion, remoulade, mini pretzel bun.
Paired with Along the River Rhine, Kölsch Style Ale – Crispy, bright, elegant, refined, soft and supremely quaffable.

Salad
Gurken Salat / Cucumber Salad (Southern Germany) – Sweetened white wine vinaigrette, dill, parsley, onion, scallion.
Paired with Odle, Dry-Hopped Italian Style Pilsner – Bright, floral tangerine, delicate bread, swift bitterness under a blanket of snappy cracker.

Appetizer
Spätzle-Pfanne (Swabia) – Housemade egg-drop noodles, surrounded with silky cheese sauce with peas, bacon, onion, and fresh parsley.
Paired with Chaos Acceptance, Pale Ale – Punchy passion fruit and tropical fruit resin, dry finish with balance towards bitterness.

Main Course
Schweinshaxe / Pork Knuckle (Bavarian-Oktoberfest Classic) – Braised for hours with aromatic veggies and Urbanrest English Dark Mild, served with housemade potato dumplings, red cabbage, and beer gravy.
Paired with Mabel, Saison – Bright and fruity fresh cracked pepper, banana marmalade, freshly cut oranges.

Dessert
Käsekuchen / Cheesecake (Eastern Germany) – Baked German cheesecake with lemon curd and cottage cheese, topped with Rote Grutze (red berry compote) and mint.
Paired with Natty #007 – Lemon zest, fresh minty herbaceousness, low level funk, prickly carb.
